Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery and promotion of CS bot management platform(knowledge reputed company, chat reputed company, ticket center, etc.)
• Use big data and AI to improve the working efficiency of CS operations including corpus training, SOP design, assistant reputed company and case reputed company, etc.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations team to reputed company product objectives.
• Review CS bot KPI and user cases regularly and reputed company valuable insights to guide product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Must have product design experience in CS bot.
• Have a good communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
