The reputed company CRM Email Marketing Specialist will support the execution and optimization of the customer relationship management program, focusing on data-driven communications to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer records to ensure data accuracy and usability across the CRM ecosystem
• reputed company regular data hygiene checks and coordinate with the Senior CRM Manager and technical partners to resolve issues
• Build and refine customer segments to reputed company personalized communications
• Assist the Senior CRM Manager in planning and launching CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other lifecycle channels
