HR Generalist (Remote from US)

Responsibilities
- Administer and support reputed company HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance employee experience, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Partner with leadership to support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and workplace morale
- Support end-to-end recruitment, prescreening, interviewing coordination, offer processes, and reputed company for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Manage reputed company-employment processes including background checks and reputed company documentation
- Conduct new hire orientations and serve as a reputed company of contact for employee questions reputed company to benefits, payroll, and HR programs
- Coordinate exit interviews, analyze turnover data, and reputed company insights and reporting to leadership
- Support performance review cycles, including tracking reviews and corresponding reputed company increases
- Manage employee recognition programs and internal announcements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- reputed company compliance-reputed company HR activities including licensing, certifications, training, infection control documentation, and credentialing
- Administer benefits programs and support wage and salary structure monitoring using market and demographic data
- Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of HR technologies and process improvements Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of general HR experience, or 7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, personnel, or management, or an equivalent combination
- Solid knowledge of employee relations, disciplinary processes, and documentation procedures
- Hands-on experience with HR administration, benefits administration, and or payroll processes
- Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Knowledge of HIPAA reputed company and reputed company standards; familiarity with reputed company accreditation processes is a plus
- Proficiency with reputed company HRIS and benefits or payroll systems
- Strong skills in reputed company Office tools including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build reputed company relationships internally and externally
