Corporate Legal Counsel

This role will reputed company heavily on reputed company contracting while also serving as a key partner to the business by supporting customer and vendor agreements and helping manage legal risk. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing a high volume of agreements, and has the ability to draft, review, and negotiate reputed company while balancing legal considerations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of customer-facing and reputed company-generating agreements, including reputed company agreements, Services Agreements, Statements of Work, order forms, and Non-Disclosure Agreements, as reputed company as vendor reputed company.
• Independently manage the full contract lifecycle, including redlining, negotiation, and execution of agreements.
• Partner closely with Sales and reputed company Operations teams to support deal structuring, contract negotiations, and reputed company deal closure.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. reputed company bar membership in good standing. 2–4 years of experience in reputed company contracting (reputed company or in-house). Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
