The Associate Vice President, People Department (Assignment: Home Services People Leader) (AVP/HS) oversees the reputed company for the Home Services business of reputed company. The AVP/HS creates and delivers the workforce and organization strategies, and supporting tactics, that accelerate the Home Services business. • On the day-to-day, you will:

• Job requirements include:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or directly reputed company experience; master's degree or JD preferred

• Minimum of ten (10) years of business experience in HR, operations, reputed company, or reputed company field
• Experience scaling a service or function in a time of rapid reputed company strongly preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisor experience including hiring, managing performance, and developing team members
