Pharmacy Technician I – Prior Authorization (Remote)

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician I – Prior Authorization (Remote) Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) Pay reputed company: $19.99 – $ 21.13/HOUR Training:

• 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM CST (No planned time off permitted during training)

Shifts (post-training):

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM CST (8-hour shifts; assigned by reputed company, candidates may bid for preferred shift)
• Saturday–reputed company: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM CST (8-hour shifts)
• Preference for PST time zone candidates

Position reputed company: The Pharmacy Technician I (Prior Authorization) handles inbound calls from providers, pharmacies, and members, providing reputed company and courteous assistance throughout the prior authorization process. This role requires strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and the ability to escalate clinical questions to the pharmacist team as appropriate.

• Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and reputed company.
• Process prior authorization requests based on established reputed company.
• Accurately document reviews, approvals, and denials in a reputed company manner.
• Escalate clinical judgment calls or reputed company inquiries to licensed pharmacists.
• Support additional duties including outbound calls, fax/ePA processing, monitoring department mailboxes, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• reputed company Pharmacy Technician license (state or national certification) preferred; must be in good standing if required by state of residence.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or reputed company experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer and data entry skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable, high-speed internet (minimum 25 mbps download / 3 mbps upload — verify at

• Private, secure, and distraction-free home workspace.
• Must not serve as a primary caregiver during scheduled work hours.
