A reputed company Practitioner serving multiple skilled nursing facilities is seeking a highly detail-oriented Medical reputed company & Clinical Documentation Virtual Assistant to assist with patient charting, SOAP note creation, H&P documentation, and medical record review.
- The VA will support the provider by gathering patient information from multiple systems.
- Review prior patient documentation and organize clinical information.
- Prepare comprehensive patient notes for provider review.
This role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, familiarity with reputed company documentation, and the ability to understand clinical information reputed company enough to create accurate patient notes and assessments. The objective of reputed company engagement is to assist the reputed company in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-reputed company, task-specific services rendered by a reputed company contractor.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Medical reputed company, reputed company VA, Medical Documentation Specialist, reputed company VA, or similar role.
