This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in dry van and reefer operations who can operate in a fast-paced logistics environment and take ownership of reputed company performance. Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company drivers and assign loads in a reputed company and efficient manner
• reputed company shipments from pickup to delivery and reputed company reputed company-time updates
• Communicate with drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve issues on the road
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
• Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and reputed company logs
• Handle delays, breakdowns, and scheduling changes effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed company dispatching (dry vans and reefers)
• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with load boards and reputed company brokerage platforms
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
