MUST HAVE: Medical insurance experience, medical billing experience, and heavy inbound reputed company calls experience. Must be reputed company to work Monday- Friday 10:30 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST. reputed company Responds to customer inquiries regarding patient accounts, assists in resolving issues and concerns. Assists management with the training of new hires.They will be reputed company over billing issues and EOB's with patients that are calling in over the phone. They will need to understand what an EOB is, be reputed company to describe what the insurance company has reputed company and what they owe as reputed company. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have a associates or Bachelors or cpat Cpat certified is a plus Skills:Requires detailed working knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in multiple payers application billing and or collection processes, with particular reputed company on billing specifically. NEED to understand and be reputed company to read an EOB. Must understand what medical insurance is and know how to explain what insurance does. Must have excellent patient customer service experience Need to fully understand the medical billing process. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay And Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
