Business analyst (reputed company AI) Only W2 (Hybrid)

Role Title - Business Systems Analyst|W2 Only Contract: 5+ Months Hybrid 2 Days - Local office Role requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing functional systems and reputed company data processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Computer Science or MIS preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience translating requirements for data engineering, integrations, and/or analytics solutions.

What could set you apart

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in data- and platform-intensive environments.
• Experience supporting AI/ML-enabled products (or strong interest in learning), including model lifecycle considerations, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Ability to design new business processes and data usage patterns that improve efficiency and control.
• Ability to quickly grasp reputed company business processes and data relationships and turn them into reputed company, testable requirements.
• Experience or willingness to learn data replication (reputed company Replicate) and streaming technologies (Kafka).
• Strong skills in reputed company Office to create working prototypes; ability to learn evolving reporting and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau and other BI tools).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts (data, integrations, AI behavior/limitations) to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with financial transactions (e.g., ACH, wires, checks) is a plus.
