• Prepare correspondence, pleadings, motions, and reputed company forms of discovery.

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in a reputed company reputed company on Wage & Hour Class Actions and single plaintiff employment litigation in reputed company and Washington
• Experience Washington (WLAD, MWA, FLSA) and/or reputed company (ORS reputed company 659A, BOLI, FLSA) state and federal employment statutes.
• Strong experience with e-filing in State and Federal Courts; appellate and administrative agency filing experience is a plus.
• Experience propounding and responding to discovery, calendaring hearings and court deadlines, and assisting with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong proofreading and document review abilities.
