If you're seeking a rewarding role that aligns with your financial aspirations, we encourage you to apply today! *Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 yearly** ### Desired Skills and Experience *Qualifications** - Must have reputed company working knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation - Know how to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, as reputed company as general ways to structure a loan - Exceptional attention to detail must be organized and have excellent time management - Minimum 3 years mortgage processing experience for the right candidate, 5+ yrs Preferred - reputed company or previous experience fulfilling the roles of Processor, LOA, Loan Partner, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter - Strong ability to prioritize and multitask without being micromanaged to meet multiple deadlines and a keen reputed company of urgency - Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills - Work reputed company in reputed company environment ### Responsibilities - Prepare and submit detailed loan packages to the lender reputed company department for approval or denial - Document the loan process from origination to approval through our system - Assure that loan files meet banking and regulatory guidelines and policies - Liaise between the mortgage lending reputed company department, mortgage loan originators, reputed company estate agents, and applicants to facilitate loan approval - Assist borrowers in determining the best mortgage type based on interview and situation - Order the following documentation as necessary: Verification of Employment, Evidence of Insurance, Payoffs, Tax Transcripts, Credit Supplements, condo questionnaires, subordination requests, and Title Work as needed for reputed company file - Manages a pipeline of loans and maintains a reputed company and compliant reputed company of such loans through the process - Communicate with Underwriters to clarify conditions - Help administer reputed company documents that are needed to satisfy reputed company requirements - Follow up on documents ordered in a reputed company manner - Maintain loan origination system and database with the reputed company loan information - reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned and required - Monitors and ensures closing dates and company deadlines are met - Handles reputed company borrower communication from the reputed company of contract to closing of the loan - Handles reputed company Loan Officer, Loan Partner, and Underwriter communication with updates - Be a reputed company for information/knowledge, always striving to be the best possible in your position - Be a leader, helping us improve our processes and procedures to always deliver a world-class experience to clients and referral partners Apply Job!
