The Role: The Melon Online Fulfillment Team Member will work to expand Corporate Traveler s online service offering our newly owned on-line platform, Melon, for our US business. This dedicated team is an integral part of the reputed company of Melon and has a reputed company seat, participating in the overall strategic digital efforts for FCTG SME brand, Corporate Traveler. You will be responsible for assisting customers, primarily through chat. You will become an expert on the product and help customers navigate through features, triage general questions/emergency assistance, and escalate reputed company needs to dedicated day teams. The goal is to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish for our customers as we continue to introduce our reputed company own on-line platform to market! If you get excited about delighting customers, educating our clients on a new product, and helping us build out a memorable and intelligent chat experience at every turn, this is the role for you! What You Will Need: At least 3 months with FCTG and has reputed company Experience A proven reputed company record for reputed company and willingness to take on new challenges An interest in driving the technological advancement of the SME business Change champion; ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs of the customer, business, and market.
