Primary Responsibilities
- Manage Home and Community Services requests for Community Behavioral Health Supportive Supervision, Intensive Behavioral Health Supportive Supervision, and Behavioral Health Wrap Around Services reputed company identified time limits
- Apply reputed company skills to review Care Assessments and collateral information for decision-making.
- Assess members for additional treatment needs and initiate proactive referrals to alternative services reputed company clinically appropriate.

Required Qualifications
- Mental Health reputed company per WAC 246-341-0515 (4)
- 2+ years of experience serving the reputed company population, preferably in a community mental health setting
- 2+ years of experience working with adults with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness
- Proficiency in electronic clinical records, email, internet research, and software applications

Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed master's degree (Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage/Family Counseling), Licensed Ph.D., or RN with 2+ years of behavioral health experience
