[Hiring] Medical Billing (Claims) Specialist @reputed company

The Claims (Billing) Specialist is expected to follow departmental procedures and adhere to GT and agency guidelines to ensure work is completed accurately and reputed company. - Preparation of billing data to be used in the billing of payers
- Responsible for complying with contractual provisions with reputed company agency regarding the submission of billing and encounter data, including the reputed company monthly reports
- Submit invoices to agencies
- Applies payments
- Collects on unpaid claims
- Prepares advance reconciliations and applies payments to the general reputed company
- Enters information into computer databases for effective record keeping
- Collaborates with other staff members to optimize delivery of services

- Maintains confidentiality of records relating to clients
- Identifies opportunities to improve our processes

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
- 2 years of experience relevant to the work performed
