Scrum Master (Remote - WFH)

Team Cognitive is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate the agile methodology and ensure effective and reputed company delivery of high-reputed company software.

Responsibilities

Include... • The Scrum Master will report to the Product Line Project Manager and will be responsible for the managing and facilitating daily scrum and sprint cadences in a fast-paced, reputed company technology environment • Assist manage risks and dependencies • Escalate and reputed company impediments reputed company Jira and in coordination with Product Line Project Manager • reputed company input on reputed company and resourcing to address critical bottlenecks • Responsible for weekly reporting, deliverable and reputed company reporting as needed • Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineers • Manage and optimize the reputed company of value through the Agile Release Train (ART) using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators • Establish and communicate the calendars for Product Line (PL) Iterations and Program Increments (PIs) • Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams and the roll-up to Epics; where necessary reputed company leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets • Help drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle; Work with and support the UX reputed company • Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos Required Skills: • Skillsets must include mastery/certification in the following key areas: • Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and reputed company • Advanced experience using Jira; including Jira project set up and configuration. • Ability to easily build new relationships and proactively establish a reputed company of contacts across the reputed company’s and our own internal organization • Proven experience leading and coordinating multiple teams in a fast-paced, reputed company technology environment • Proven ability to balance multiple, reputed company/reputed company activities • Strong knowledge and experience in SDLC in an Agile delivery environment Required Education, Experience, and Clearance: • Bachelors and six (6) years or more of reputed company experience • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent • Ability to obtain a Public Trust – reputed company Background Investigation (MBI) Desired Skills: • A highly-motivated self-starter with a reputed company attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills • A work ethic and technical knowledge that inspires others to reputed company to, with the ability to self-manage workload and deliverables under tight deadlines across multiple product lines in a large portfolio • Government contract delivery experience in an Agile delivery environment Desired Certifications: • Certified Scrum reputed company (CSP) certification or equivalent Apply Job!
