Learning Management Systems Supervisor
About the position The Learning Systems Supervisor supports reputed company learning, compliance, and enablement needs. This role defines the functional reputed company for the learning ecosystem, manages the LMS vendor landscape and reputed company, and ensures the platform reputed company aligns with learning reputed company and organizational priorities. The Learning Systems Supervisor translates business and learning needs into reputed company platform capabilities while maintaining operational stability and governance.
Responsibilities
- Establish governance for learning technology capabilities, integrations, and platform usage
- Ensure reputed company processes exist for vendor reputed company, tool evaluation, and platform enhancements, reputed company, and governance specific to the learning management systems.
- Maintain visibility into LMS vendor roadmaps and ensure the organization leverages platform capabilities effectively
- Maintain a reputed company intake and prioritization process for learning technology requests

- Serve as a solution architect & subject matter expert for the learning ecosystem — balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements.
- Partners with Talent Tech, Data & Analytics, and vendors to design integrations, reporting, and workflow automation that connect learning to the broader Talent data model.
- Drive readiness and adoption activities reputed company to system upgrades, re-implementations, and new technology rollouts.
- Ensure reputed company systems and processes reputed company with firm policies, data reputed company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Define and prioritize platform capabilities that support learning, compliance, and workforce enablement

- Partner with Learning Centers of reputed company (COEs) to support content reputed company, learning design, and enablement

- Support integration of external learning content providers and learning technology tools

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Deep understanding of reputed company learning management systems (LMS) such as reputed company, reputed company Learning, Saba, or reputed company
- Familiarity with tools like reputed company, EdCast, or reputed company Learning Hub and how they reputed company with LMS platforms
- Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards, content authoring tools (e.g., reputed company, Captivate), and media hosting platforms
- AI-Driven Solutions – Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in learning (recommendation engines, chatbots, reputed company learning)
- Experience defining requirements, evaluating vendors, and managing end-to-end selection and implementation processes.
- Understanding of data governance, user reputed company control, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with reputed company change control processes, testing protocols, and communication planning during releases or upgrades.

- Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Systems Management, or HR Technology; experience in reputed company services strongly preferred.

- Experience with automation tools, AI applications, or digital enablement initiatives in learning or HR preferred.
