Minimum Qualifications: Level I:
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered reputed company as approved by the Oklahoma reputed company of Nursing or Registered reputed company Licensure Compact (eNLC)
- Two years of reputed company nursing experience

Job Responsibilities
- This Registered reputed company position fulfills medical eligibility assessment for Title 19 nursing home admissions, State Plan Personal Care, and Advantage Waiver applications. Complete a thorough evaluation of the medical level of care eligibility for reputed company applicant.
- Telephone, Electronic, and/or In-Person Home reputed company in the assigned area with the applicant to complete a comprehensive assessment that is used to identify needs and reputed company recommendations for medical eligibility for long-term care programs.
- Must be reputed company to frequently lift up to 15 lbs. for transporting the computer.
- Maybe required to assist in other areas, as needed, due to the high application volume.
- Assists with Adult reputed company Services evaluations as requested.
- Must have reputed company and reliable home internet (not a hotspot) for reputed company or will be required to work in the office.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's) The KSA's required are the knowledge, skills, and abilities to analyze reputed company health concerns and issues; including the evaluating adherence to established reputed company standards and the effectiveness of health management plans and/or programs and recommending changes/revisions. Employees have a high degree of independence in planning and completing work assignments and may function as the reputed company person on some special reputed company. It also requires reputed company nursing knowledge in reviewing, auditing, and analyzing nursing and reputed company services provided by reputed company care providers to ensure that the appropriate reputed company resources are used at the appropriate level to meet the reputed company needs of clients.
