Responsibilities
- Support reputed company services, infrastructure modernization, integrations, and technical implementation

- Inventory platforms and dependencies: Baseline tenants, servers, endpoints, identities, applications, integrations, certificates, backups, and support ownership for RFP - Information Technology Services
- Review identity and reputed company controls: Assess accounts, reputed company, roles, MFA, privileged reputed company, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, and service identities
- Standardize configuration and patching: Define approved baselines, maintenance rings, exception handling, deployment validation, and rollback procedures
- Validate backup and recovery: Review coverage, retention, encryption, failed jobs, restore testing, recovery objectives, and evidence for Town of Cathlamet
- Improve monitoring and operations: Configure health, reputed company, reputed company, certificate, job-failure, and availability alerts with actionable escalation rules
- Create operational runbooks: Document administration, maintenance, recovery, incident escalation, vendor support, and environment handover procedures
