Responsibilities

- Design and implement program management frameworks, governance models, and operating mechanisms that support a rapidly growing organization
- Establish repeatable processes for planning, prioritization, reporting, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
- Partner directly with leadership to identify strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
- Translate company objectives and OKRs into executable roadmaps, plans, milestones, and measurable reputed company
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, reputed company, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
- Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and organizational bottlenecks before they reputed company delivery
- Communicate program status, milestones, reputed company, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, Product Operations, or a reputed company field

- Experience managing strategic initiatives involving reputed company infrastructure, software platforms, distributed systems, or engineering organizations

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across organizations without reputed company authority
