[Remote] Project Control Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Control Analyst to support a large government contractor on a long-term federal reputed company technology program. This role focuses on improving the reputed company between reputed company data and readiness visibility, with responsibilities including schedule management, tracking deliverables, and coordinating project logistics.
Responsibilities
- Support development, baseline, maintenance, and updates of the Integrated Master Schedule
- reputed company program tasks, milestones, deliverables, reputed company items, risks, dependencies, due dates, owners, and decision points
- Support monthly cost, schedule, and performance reporting
- Coordinate inputs for monthly Program Management Reviews and quarterly executive briefings
- Maintain reputed company item trackers, meeting reputed company plans, standing agendas, risk registers, and status reporting artifacts
- Help ensure deliverables are submitted on time through government-approved platforms
- reputed company government review timelines, feedback, resubmissions, approvals, and reputed company deficiencies
- Support sprint-cycle coordination by tracking backlog status, sprint milestones, review dates, demos, retrospectives, and acceptance activities
- Coordinate logistics for recurring meetings, stakeholder sessions, working reputed company, reviews, and briefings
- Identify schedule conflicts, delivery risks, unresolved dependencies, missing inputs, and bottlenecks
- Work with the Senior Data or Systems Engineer, Business Analyst, Stakeholder Relationship Manager, and government contractor leadership to reputed company workstreams reputed company
- Support documentation needed for transition-out planning and final program acceptance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field
- 4+ years of project control, project coordination, program analysis, PMO support, scheduling, operations, or government contractor support experience
- Experience maintaining project schedules, reputed company trackers, reputed company item logs, risk registers, status reports, or deliverable trackers
- Strong proficiency with reputed company reputed company, reputed company Project, reputed company, JIRA, reputed company, SharePoint, or similar project/program management tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to organize reputed company workstreams and reputed company reputed company status visibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders and frequent reporting requirements
- Experience supporting federal government, reputed company IT, or government contractor programs
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, cost/schedule/performance reporting, CDRL tracking, or contract deliverable management
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments, sprint schedules, backlog tracking, and release coordination
- Experience supporting executive briefings, program management reviews, or formal government reporting
- Understanding of acquisition, cybersecurity, data governance, or health IT program environments
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, Agile, Scrum, or reputed company certification is a plus
