[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
- The referrals product roadmap for both the Refer (sending) and reputed company (receiving) sides of the platform
- Firm reputed company and activation — reducing time-to-first-value for new firms
- Engagement and relationship loops — mechanics that increase return reputed company, response rates, and depth of participation
- Key metrics: response time, conversion, expiration reputed company
- Post-conversion workflows — what happens after a referral is reputed company: updates, communication, transparency
- Customer feedback loops — firm interviews, session observation, low-reputed company experiments, and iteration
Skills
