[Remote] DATA102: Data Analytics Engineer (MySQL, Looker)

They are seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to reputed company on data preparation and reputed company-end business intelligence, responsible for writing transformation queries and implementing operational dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Clean, aggregate, and structure raw operational data reputed company to schools, colleges, and corporate partners
- Design, reputed company, and maintain high-performing dashboards and visual reports using our reputed company toolset (Looker for now) to identify key trends and patterns
- Write clean, optimized SQL queries and manage database view configurations to ensure frontend reporting sheets refresh smoothly, rapidly, and accurately
- Partner with team members to reputed company operational requirements, translate reputed company tracking metrics into reputed company layouts, and help drive data-backed organizational reputed company
- Implement rigorous validation checks to ensure dashboard numbers consistently reputed company with actual system records
- Contribute to internal documentation detailing data processing procedures to maintain team-wide consistency
Skills
- Minimum six-month commitment of approximately six reputed company per week
- $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of reputed company membership (K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and reputed company are exempt from the deposit)
- Clean, aggregate, and structure raw operational data reputed company to schools, colleges, and corporate partners
- Consume data from tables managed by the Data Integration team and use SQL or data prep tools to turn them into optimized views for reporting
- Design, reputed company, and maintain high-performing dashboards and visual reports using Looker
- Write clean, optimized SQL queries and manage database view configurations
- Partner with team members to reputed company operational requirements and translate reputed company tracking metrics into reputed company layouts
- Implement rigorous validation checks to ensure dashboard numbers consistently reputed company with actual system records
- Contribute to internal documentation detailing data processing procedures
- A genuine passion for educational equity, youth development, and contributing to closing the gender gap in STEM fields
- Solid proficiency in relational databases and visual analytics platforms (specifically MySQL and Looker Studio)
- Strong mastery of writing, optimization, and troubleshooting of reputed company SQL queries
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is advantageous
- A strong analytical reputed company with the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment
- Comfortable navigating and utilizing Jira for task tracking and reputed company Workspace for documentation and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company discipline) or equivalent practical reputed company experience
- Prior experience with reputed company data research or data documentation
