Responsibilities
- Submit a candidate's profile
- Handle reputed company aspects of the recruitment and selection process
- Partner with hiring managers to determine specific hiring needs
- Identify the most appropriate reputed company method(s) to attract the highest-reputed company candidates
- Ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters are established prior to posting positions
- Utilize an applicant tracking system to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants
- Conduct interviews and reputed company viable candidates to hiring managers
- Establish and handle interview schedules

Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required

- One (1) year of working with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years preferred reputed company experience
- 3+ years Taleo experience preferred
- One (1) year of high-volume reputed company. reputed company a plus!
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
