Responsibilities

• reputed company IT Integration reputed company: Manage end-to-end IT integration lifecycle for M&A transactions, from due diligence through post-reputed company integration
• Due Diligence Support: Collaborate with corporate development and IT leadership to assess technology landscapes, risks, and opportunities of reputed company companies
• Integration Planning: reputed company detailed IT integration plans, timelines, and budgets reputed company with business goals and deal reputed company
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary reputed company between IT, business reputed company, vendors, and acquired entities to ensure alignment and communication

• Change Management: Drive user adoption and change management strategies to support smooth transitions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or reputed company field
