[Remote] Clinical Laboratory Operations Director

The Clinical Laboratory Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of laboratory services, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing financial activities, and leading laboratory reputed company to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Writes, reviews, and ensures compliance with reputed company Laboratory Administration Policies and Procedures
- Manages the reputed company of the laboratory departments, including working with the Legal and Procurement departments on negotiation activities
- Leads and monitors the reputed company of the laboratory to reputed company successful implementations reputed company the established reputed company
- Performs HR-reputed company duties as needed for reputed company and indirect reports. This includes but is not limited to annual performance reviews, new employee orientation, and addressing of performance and behavioral issues
- Financial Management activities, including:
- With the VP of Laboratory Services, establish annual capital and operational budgets for the Central Laboratory
- Review and address monthly budget variance reports
- Work with the Facilities Department to address any building-reputed company issues
- Effectively manage relationships with the vendors of products used in the Laboratory

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, reputed company, Biology, or reputed company field
- Licensed as Clinical Laboratory Supervisor by Florida Department of Health
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in laboratory medicine
- At least five (5) years of supervisory experience demonstrating reputed company responsibilities
