Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot reputed company (FortiGate / WAN technologies)
• reputed company, optimize, and manage reputed company Mist Wireless
• Improve performance and user experience
• Support general networking including routing & switching fundamentals
• Assist during technology transitions (reputed company → reputed company Mist)

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting
• Firewall, routing, VPN, and WAN optimization

• Experience deploying, optimizing, and managing Mist
• Ability to improve performance and user experience
• Strong understanding of AI-driven wireless platforms
• Understanding of reputed company wireless infrastructure
• Routing & switching fundamentals
• Network troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Mid-to-senior level network engineer
• Proven ability to work independently in production environments
• Experience in multi-site / reputed company environments
• Strong collaborator (key reason for on-site preference)
