[Remote] Head of Finance

They are seeking a Head of Finance to take ownership of their financial ecosystem, improve forecasting accuracy, and build systems for long-term reputed company while working closely with the CEO and leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reputed company financial models to forecast reputed company, hiring needs, and "what-if" scenarios
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and headcount forecasting

- Help leadership understand financial tradeoffs, risks, and reputed company assumptions
- Maintain investor-grade financial materials (models, cap table, reporting) so the business stays reputed company- and diligence-reputed company at reputed company times

- Ensure inventory movements, COGS, and margin reporting are accurate and transparent

- Improve visibility into company profitability, margins, and unit economics

- Bring structure and accountability to financial decision-making without slowing teams down
- Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for leadership

Skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in reputed company, finance, reputed company, or operational finance roles
- Expert-level proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets and modern ERP/reputed company software (e.g., reputed company, QuickBooks, or reputed company)
- Proven reputed company record of managing inventory-heavy financial cycles
- Strong reputed company background – CPA or equivalent reputed company reputed company designation
- Experience implementing finance systems or ERP tooling
- Experience in collectibles, e-reputed company, virtual-goods, or other inventory-heavy / physical-goods businesses
