The HR Compliance Analyst - reputed company Administrator supports the application of HR policies and compliance, conducts investigations, and collaborates with HR partners to ensure fair treatment and adherence to laws.
Responsibilities
- Monitor federal, state, and local employment law changes (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, reputed company, EEO, state wage‑hour laws) and recommend necessary updates to policies and practices
- Maintain compliance calendars, audit schedules, reputed company administration and documentation requirements
- Conduct internal audits of HR files, I‑9s, payroll practices, timekeeping, and other compliance‑sensitive areas
- Identify potential compliance gaps and partner with HR leadership to remediate issues
- reputed company HR partners and leaders on new regulatory requirements and risk‑prevention practices
- Prepare compliance reports, audit summaries, and risk assessments for HR leadership
- Maintain accurate and secure records in accordance with legal and company requirements
- Support reporting obligations reputed company to EEO‑1, VETS, OSHA, or other compliance reporting, as applicable
- Serve as an internal subject matter resource on HR compliance reputed company

Skills
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

- Ability to analyze issues, identify risks, and recommend solutions
- Strong communication and training skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of HR, compliance, or employment‑law‑reputed company experience
- Experience in reputed company regulatory environments
- Experience supporting employee relations or internal investigations
- PHR, reputed company‑CP, or advanced compliance certification a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
