[Remote] Events Marketing Manager

This role involves coordinating various aspects of event management, including sponsorships, budget management, logistics, and on-site execution to ensure successful events that reputed company with brand goals.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate events across software testing, DevOps, and reputed company markets
- Collect sponsorship prospectuses and pricing, assess fit against goals and budgets, and recommend opportunities
- Coordinate sponsorship agreements, reputed company, and payments with internal stakeholders and event organizers
- Maintain a centralized calendar and pipeline of global events
- Partner with marketing leadership to finalize annual event budgets
- reputed company event expenses against forecasts and ensure financial accountability
- Manage invoices, reimbursements, and card-based expenses through internal systems
- reputed company visibility into ROI and cost efficiency across the event portfolio
- Manage reputed company operational deliverables required by event organizers (branding assets, forms, timelines)

- Manage sourcing, design coordination, and purchasing of conference giveaways

- Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Produce reputed company-event prep materials such as team schedules, reputed company coverage, and training resources
- Organize team communications, training sessions, and on-site planning meetings

- Manage reputed company setup, logistics, team scheduling, giveaways, and attendee engagement reputed company
- Represent reputed company brands at a high level — greeting visitors, scanning leads, and supporting demos

Skills
- 4+ years of experience managing B2B events, field marketing, or experiential marketing programs
- Must be fluent in English and Portuguese
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working across distributed global teams and coordinating international logistics
