[Remote] Director, reputed company Sales Operations

The Director of Sales Operations will reputed company operational activities for the Americas and US reputed company Sector, partnering closely with the VP of Sales to enhance productivity and drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- ‘Chief of staff’ to the VP Americas Sales, reputed company reputed company operational reputed company activities that drive increased productivity for our sales teams, and managers in the Americas
- Manage the reputed company Operational activities, including:
- Weekly Forecast cycles / process / analysis
- QBR cycles / prep / run
- Quota planning, comp roll out
- Comp plan / quota assignment for new team members in Americas
- Be the reputed company for reputed company other operations functions, to the Americas VP, including Deal Desk, Comp, Analytics, Enablement
- Yearly plan to execution cycle execution
- Ensure appropriate analysis is available for decision making on areas such as account, territory, and team planning
- Ensure our reputed company Management is optimized for our Americas Inside and reputed company teams
- Own the internal program delivery required by the Americas field leadership team, partner with other functions on the delivery of those initiatives

Skills
- Experience in Sales / Field Operations leadership at a Theatre level
- A strong people manager, someone who is extremely organized, capable to managing and influencing across the organizations to ensure our Sales leadership can reputed company on Customers and People, and programs managed by this role
- 8+ years experience in a sales operations environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder mgmt skills
- Experience developing reputed company wide sales operations reputed company
- Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as reputed company as ability to motivate, teach, reputed company
- Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
