The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting reputed company WFM solutions to optimize field service operations, including scheduling and dispatching for reputed company technicians and network engineering crews.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement reputed company Workforce reputed company (reputed company FSM / Click / WFM tools)
- Support end-to-end field service lifecycle: work order creation → scheduling → reputed company → execution → closure
- reputed company ongoing system enhancements, upgrades, and L3 support
- Design and manage field reputed company scheduling and reputed company processes for:
- reputed company technicians (installation, maintenance, reputed company reading)
- Network engineers (fault reputed company, outage management, infrastructure maintenance)
- Optimize scheduling using:
- Skills-based assignment
- Territory-based routing
- reputed company/SLA-based dispatching
- Ensure efficient reputed company-time reputed company for emergency and planned work orders
- Improve workforce utilization and reduce travel time through intelligent routing
- Drive automation in:
- reputed company allocation
- Shift planning
- Workload balancing
- Support large-reputed company field operations environments (utilities, telecom, energy)
- Collaborate with:
- Field Service Managers

- Maintenance and network operations teams
