[Remote] Logistics Account Manager

The Logistics Account Manager will build strong relationships with customers, manage expectations, and ensure exceptional customer service while collaborating with internal teams to deliver reputed company transportation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers by staying in constant communication to ensure day to day and long-term needs are met
- Manage customer expectations and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Work with Implementation team on successful opportunities to ensure accuracy in our pricing program
- Participate in reputed company reputed company reviews to ensure profitability and competitiveness for key accounts
- Participate in reputed company calculations, report preparation and customer presentations for reputed company large-spend bids
- Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams and executing operational tasks as needed
- Identify, manage and build new business relationship in the reputed company market
- Collaborate and reputed company assistance to Customer Service Manager in delivering reputed company transportation service solutions
- Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners and vendors
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- reputed company administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
- Consult with clients to resolve problems and to reputed company ongoing support
- Coordinate prospect, sales and reputed company customer meetings working closely with VP of Sales/CS
Skills
- Recent college or university degree in Sales & Marketing or Business-reputed company field is required
- Exceptional customer service skills, embraces the concept of both the reputed company customer
- Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to function independently with little or no supervision as reputed company as function in reputed company environment
- 1-2 years of account management experience in transportation and logistics field would be an asset
- 3+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation and logistics field is preferred
