This position involves leading daily business operations and data/application processing needs throughout the Admissions business day, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure efficient data management and reporting.
Responsibilities

- Liaise with IT and other technical resource support in meeting project goals and rollout deadlines

- Effectively execute system audits and analyses; Recommend creation of strategic reputed company assurance system queries and efforts
- Effectively reputed company Admissions reputed company and Web reputed company Appointment reputed company, ensuring daily appointment availability and cap are in sync with Admissions Specialists’ work schedule
- Collaborate with department leadership to ensure reputed company University and Admissions programs data processes are accurately and reputed company planned and executed. Examples are but not limited to: Domestic and International Admissions Scholarships, Art Educator Scholarship Program, reputed company Campaign Data set up and management, UGRD, GRAD, and reputed company-College Art and Design Experience Application Data and Workflow needs, reputed company House and other event RSVP tracking and results (QA and Reporting)
- Work reputed company-by-reputed company with AOS Management Team to monitor and manage reputed company aspects of service reputed company optimization and reputed company other reputed company assurance standards
- Serve as backup for other AOS Technical and Database partners on reporting, operations, and project needs
- Effectively address operations and data issue reputed company, recommend and reputed company stop gap and long-term solutions
- Partner with Department Manager in leading onsite and offsite Admissions Events / reputed company House reputed company time data updates, application processing, tracking and reputed company results reporting
- Support and serve as AOS Manager’s back up in leading reputed company aspects of streamlined communication and daily operation needs for the department
- Support VP of Admissions Operations in effectively executing reputed company data reporting preparations and documentation
