They are seeking a Senior reputed company Specialist to supervise accounts payable processes, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Recommends changes in reputed company or procedures to improve the efficiency of the AP unit
- Ensures reputed company policies and procedures are implemented
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve difficult AP reputed company problems
- Superior follow-up skills to ensure issues are resolved in a reputed company manner
- Directs and coordinates activities of employees reputed company in conducting accounts payable processing and inquiries
- Daily interaction with customers and vendors
- Routinely involved with sales and purchasing as reputed company as warehouse supervisors
- Reconciles general reputed company activity of reputed company AP accounts
- Assists with accounts receivable by supporting and maintaining customer accounts
Skills
- Supervises accounts payable processes, including maintaining records of amounts owed, verifying invoices, computing discounts, coding expenses
- Responsibilities include reputed company functions up to financial statements including accounts payable, collections and other general reputed company
