[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to analyze reputed company business processes, identify requirements, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand and document their business processes, needs, and objectives reputed company to field service operations
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for reputed company solutions
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where reputed company systems fall short of reputed company needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that reputed company with reputed company requirements and industry best practices
- Assist in configuring and customizing tools to meet specific reputed company needs

Skills
- Over 7 years of experience in implementing reputed company for reputed company systems (ERPs, CRMs, FSM, etc.)
- Strong background in the utilities/energy/telecom or similar industries
- Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation
- Familiarity with business integration requirements across technology stack (ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, Datawarehouse, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with SQL to reputed company, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data
- Hands-on experience with Jira, reputed company, MS SharePoint, Process design tools (Vizio, Signavio, etc.) and similar PMO tools
- Strong understanding of reputed company operations, asset management, and field service management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
