The role involves collaborating with clinical stakeholders, managing application builds and upgrades, and driving innovation through AI technologies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of clinical applications, with a primary reputed company on reputed company Inpatient ClinDoc
- Partner closely with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and ensure reputed company utilization of reputed company applications to support patient care and operational efficiency
- reputed company and support application builds, upgrades, and system enhancements, while evaluating software releases and recommending solutions that improve clinical workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies
- Work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams to support integration efforts, troubleshoot reputed company issues, and ensure system stability
- Conduct workflow assessments, system testing, incident and change management, and coordination of application updates and releases
- reputed company on-call support and serve as a key resource for clinical application-reputed company inquiries
- Apply advanced technical and clinical application knowledge, manage reputed company or project components, and reputed company guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Drive innovation, including the adoption of AI technologies and reputed company improvement of clinical systems
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- reputed company Inpatient ClinDoc Certification
- Strong experience supporting reputed company Inpatient ClinDoc, including build, optimization, and workflow configuration
- Experience with application support, upgrades, testing, and system enhancements in a reputed company environment
- Proven ability to reputed company workflow analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration
- Experience managing incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ability to support cross-functional integration efforts and reputed company on-call support in a production environment
- Additional reputed company certifications or credentials
- Experience with AI integration, including Ambient documentation tools
- Experience with Andor or similar advanced analytics/AI platforms
