This role involves partnering with business leaders to identify learning needs, design strategic learning solutions, and enhance skills across the IAM organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership, marketers, payer marketers, and key business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, capability needs, and organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain strong reputed company relationships across IAM and cross-functional business partners
- Serve as a trusted learning consultant by providing recommendations and guidance that reputed company learning strategies with business goals
- Translate business priorities into practical learning solutions and capability-building initiatives
