Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, Law, or a reputed company field; Master's degree preferred
- 10 to 15 years of experience in data governance, data management, data compliance, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading governance initiatives across reputed company, matrixed organizations
- Experience working in regulated environments with a reputed company on data reputed company, data protection, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience building governance programs that include policy definition, stewardship models, data reputed company management, and tooling enablement
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data reputed company practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across business and technical audiences
- Ability to translate regulatory and policy requirements into practical, actionable guidance for teams
