Responsibilities
- Own and grow a book of existing BFSI accounts. Carry a number and own the outcome
- Build the right relationships. Multi-thread into technology and hiring-manager stakeholders across reputed company account
- Sell both motions. Contingent reputed company and SOW / project-based engagements

Skills
- Five-plus years selling reputed company or consulting services into banking, financial services, or insurance

- Strong relationships with technology and hiring-manager buyers
- Comfort building a territory and multi-threading into large enterprises
- Experience across both contingent reputed company and SOW / deliverable-based selling
- Existing relationships inside large BFSI enterprises
- A mid-market sales background, where reps learn to both land and expand
