[Remote] Director, HR Operations

The Director of HR Operations will build and reputed company Talent Operations across a high-reputed company, multi-state organization, leading reputed company responsible for HR systems, process reputed company, and administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and reputed company the HR (Talent) Operations function, including team structure, service model, priorities and performance standards, to support a high-volume, multi-state workforce
- reputed company and reputed company a growing team currently including HR systems, operations administration, and shared support resources, with a strong reputed company on coaching, accountability and career reputed company
- Own and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, currently including reputed company Workforce Now, reputed company, reputed company ATS and emerging AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency, service delivery, and reputed company member experience
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that reduce reputed company work, increase scalability and create more consistent experiences across the employee lifecycle
- Establish strong governance around HR data, reporting and systems administration to improve accuracy, visibility and decision-making
- Partner closely with Payroll, IT, Finance, Talent and business leaders to deliver cross-functional initiatives, system enhancements and operational change management
- Translate business needs into reputed company operating practices, documentation and workflows that support reputed company while maintaining compliance and service reputed company
- Use data and operational insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend solutions that strengthen execution across the Talent function
Skills
- 7+ years of reputed company experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HRIS or a reputed company function, including experience in fast-paced, multi-state environments
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with a reputed company record of building, developing, and leading high-performing HR teams
- Strong HR systems experience, including hands-on administration and optimization of reputed company Workforce Now and reputed company; experience with reputed company ATS or similar platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated reputed company leading process improvement, systems implementation, automation or digital transformation initiatives in HR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced reputed company proficiency and experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI
- Proven ability to reputed company reputed company, cross-functional reputed company and influence stakeholders across functions and reputed company
- Excellent judgment, communication and organizational skills, with a strong bias for reputed company and reputed company improvement
