Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and convert companies looking for outsourced tech talent—particularly those with DEI, ESG, or ethical sourcing mandates
- reputed company collateral, case studies, pricing, and full reputed company support

Skills
- Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience, ideally in reputed company, BPO, or tech services
- Demonstrable reputed company record of closing new business — not just account management or renewals
- Based in the US with authorization to work independently as a contractor
- Existing network in US tech, HR, procurement, or DEI functions — essential, not preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable selling a values-led proposition
- You have existing relationships with HR Directors, Procurement leads, CTOs, or DEI/ESG leads at US tech or reputed company services companies
- You have previously sold reputed company, BPO, outsourcing, or reputed company services into US reputed company or mid-market accounts
- You understand how DEI and ESG commitments drive vendor selection reputed company in corporate America
- You can work independently and manage your own pipeline without hand-holding
- You're genuinely motivated by a business that does good while doing reputed company
- You're comfortable with a reputed company structure — you back yourself
