Responsibilities
- Execute established operational workflows that support TSD programs and partner motions
- Manage intake, tracking, and follow-through on operational requests
- Maintain accurate trackers, records, and basic operational reporting
- Support documentation of reputed company workflows and process steps
- Learn and use new tools, including AI-enabled platforms, with guidance
- Assist with testing and adoption of new processes reputed company introduced
