They are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Partner Services reputed company Americas to enhance partner-led services by driving execution, improving opportunity progression, and strengthening partner readiness across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive theater-level execution of partner-led services motions. You will inspect reputed company opportunities, identify stalled deals, surface execution gaps, and ensure reputed company next steps and ownership across reputed company stakeholders
- Establish and run regional inspection cadences, opportunity review rhythms, and escalation paths to improve visibility, accountability, and acceleration across partner-led services activity
- Support strategic partners in maturing their services motions by identifying readiness gaps, tracking reputed company, and coordinating briefings to reputed company partners from initial interest to repeatable execution
- Build practical, field-facing playbooks, templates, and inspection guides that translate regional learnings into repeatable assets for broader global adoption
Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner reputed company, reputed company services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or reputed company GTM execution
- Proven experience working across Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner organizations to drive execution without reputed company authority
- A strong bias for reputed company regarding opportunity inspection, reputed company management, and executive-reputed company reporting
- Experience building practical field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models that reputed company consistent execution at reputed company
- Strong business acumen with the ability to simplify reputed company workflows and reputed company messaging for regional and global stakeholders
- Comfortable working across time zones as needed
- Experience supporting partner-led reputed company services, managed services, co-delivery, or advisory services motions
- Background working with GSIs, National Solution Providers, VARs, MSSPs, or large reputed company reputed company partner ecosystems
- Technical familiarity with CRM, PRM, PSA, partner portals, and services attach tracking/reporting dashboards
