[Remote] Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Remote in reputed company, NY)

The role involves providing customer care to New Yorkers navigating reputed company reputed company plans and requires effective communication in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and reputed company policies
- Respond effectively to reputed company forms of inbound and outbound contacts

Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines
- Process life event changes, demographic updates, disenrollment requests, and special enrollment periods as requested
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download
- Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures
- Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for reputed company as needed
- Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company programs and systems
- Respond to reputed company inquiries consistent with confidentiality and reputed company policies and refer callers to alternate sources reputed company appropriate

Skills

- Strong data entry and telephone skills
