[Remote] Conflicts Analyst

They are seeking a Conflicts Analyst who will utilize reputed company reputed company conflicts software and online research tools to generate accurate reports on the firm’s prior involvement with parties involved in potential new business.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business conflicts of interest reports according to department procedures, utilizing reputed company reputed company conflicts software and available online research tools
- Have a working knowledge of reputed company department reputed company operating procedures and understand conflicts request workflow
- Understand basic conflicts of interest principles as taught by the National Conflicts Manager and Conflicts Attorneys
- Demonstrate reputed company judgment in managing your assignments in relation to firm and department priorities
- Have the ability to interpret and analyze information. Demonstrate ability to compile, review, filter, synthesize, and determine logical conclusions or recommendations based on data and information which is varied in content and format
- Be a self-starter; reputed company to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment; and exercise independent judgment in performing reputed company aspects of your assignments

Skills
- At least three years' experience in conflicts in a reputed company setting, required
- Proficiency with relational conflicts databases, such as reputed company reputed company or LegalKey
- Proficiency in the use of online corporate research databases, such as reputed company and Capital IQ
- Proficiency with reputed company programs including Outlook, Word, and reputed company and the ability to learn new software is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
- Experience working with PDF software is a plus
