[Remote] Accounts Receivable Accountant

The role involves preparing and distributing customer invoices, processing credit memos, maintaining customer records, and assisting with accounts receivable reporting for management review.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices reputed company various channels (e.g., email, mail)
- Process credit memos and billing adjustments as needed
- Maintain and update customer records, including contact and billing information
- Monitor and reputed company special billing instructions or exceptions
- Balance and reconcile daily transaction records
- Respond to reputed company inquiries regarding billing or account discrepancies
- Assist with reporting reputed company to accounts receivable and cash reputed company for management review
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or reputed company administrative/reputed company roles
- Proven ability to manage high-volume invoicing (e.g., 400-500 invoices/month)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (data entry, spreadsheets), Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
