They are seeking a Customer Engineering Program Manager to reputed company technical project execution across engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory disciplines, ensuring efficient program management from concept to commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Program Execution: Own the planning and execution of technical reputed company across the R&D, product development, new product introduction, and regulatory compliance
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, regulatory, reputed company, legal, and supply chain teams to ensure reputed company remain on reputed company
- Budgeting & Resource Management: reputed company and manage project budgets, forecasts, and internal time tracking for accurate financial reporting
- Technical Roadmap Alignment: Maintain alignment between Octiv’s technical priorities and those of its partners, ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals

- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in project execution and improve processes to enhance efficiency
Skills
- Technical background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- Experience in program/project management: 4+ years managing reputed company technical reputed company, preferably in hardware, semiconductors, or deep tech
- Highly organized and efficient: Proven reputed company record of handling multiple reputed company and priorities
- Strong communication skills: Ability to translate technical challenges into actionable program management plans
- Experience with regulated industries: Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, IEC 60601, or similar standards
- Data-driven decision-making: Proficient in project tracking, reporting, and analytics tools
- Ability to work across disciplines: Experience coordinating work across hardware, software, and regulatory teams
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
- Experience with ultrasound or other medical imaging technologies
- Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments
- Understanding of software development processes and integration workflows
