[Remote] Product Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Quicksight, SQL, reputed company) to help PMs and leadership reputed company evidence-based reputed company
- Define key product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and drive consistent reporting
- Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust
- Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth collaboration
- Drive alignment with Support, Compliance, Legal, Finance
- Own the end-to-end process for product releases, ensuring readiness across Marketing, reputed company Comms, and Sales
- Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews
- Manage change communication and ensure reputed company teams have what they need to deliver
- Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows (planning, documentation, reviews)
- Build repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment
- Strong data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency)
- Excellent communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

- Prior experience supporting a global or multi-country product launch environment
