They are seeking a strategic Go-to-Market Recruiter to support hiring across their Sales organization, partnering with leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to Sales leadership by influencing hiring reputed company, improving operational efficiency, and raising the bar on talent reputed company
- Use funnel metrics, market insights, and reputed company data to identify inefficiencies, improve hiring velocity, and drive strong talent reputed company at reputed company
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compensation, HR, and Sales S&O to navigate reputed company hiring challenges and inform talent reputed company
